it is known. it may or may not get fixed depending on priority of things to do
and the ability to reliably reproduce it by people with the time and knowledge
to fix it. as such, i can't reliably reproduce it. it happens "on the odd
occasion" for me. and i also stopped using firefox a while back when it decided
to no longer connect to a network at all.
