Hi;

Thanks to Kim (who nicely answered my newbie-like questions), I could
compile the cvs of E-0.16.7-pre4. Just in case this helps someone: I use
RH-9, and I had to update the gettext and autoconf, automake packages
(besides installing Imlib2-devel).

Now I'm trying to compile esound. When running autogen.sh I get
first the following error:

./ltconfig: ./ltconfig: No such file or directory
configure: error: libtool configure failed

I created an empty ltconfig file and now autogen.sh runs until the end.
But then I try make and get

./libtool: ./libtool: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [esdlib.lo] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/enlightenment/e16/esound'
make: *** [all] Error 2

so I guess the empty ltconfig file is not the correct way to do things.
But, what is it? Any help appreciated. In case it matters, I'm using

autoconf-2.59-0_10.rh9.at
autoconf213-2.13-6
automake-1.8.5-0_20.rh9.at
automake14-1.4p6-8.99_2.rh9.at
automake17-1.7.9-1.99_18.rh9.at
automake16-1.6.3-1.99_11.rh9.at
automake15-1.5-9.99_2.rh9.at

TIA,
Matias Grana
