[e-users] Pagers lose their decorations.

Ran into the same problem I mentioned earlier where pagers only display 
a pale grey thin strip of a border regardless of the theme.  I tried to 
access the WINOPS_MENU as suggested - w/ the mouse and w/ a shortcut and 
didn't get any response.  Also noticed that the tooltips are disabled.. 
Middle-clicking makes the corresponding pager disappear.  Apart from 
that the only thing that still appears to work is dragging them around 
w/ left mosue button.. Switching to a  different theme or restarting 
enlightenement makes them reappear but they remain in the same "bare" 
state.  Noticed that when a pager has vanished it also disappears from 
eesh's "internal_list pagers" display.  I guess sooner or later I'll 
notice something that'll explain this phenomenon.
