The use case is described in 
http://www.ovirt.org/Features/GlusterVolumeSnapshots#User_Experience_and_control_flows
 - under "Taking a Snapshot" with schedule options.

So, we want the engine to create a snapshot of the gluster volume at 
pre-defined intervals. The engine would create a quartz job to be fired at 
these intervals which would call the method to create snapshot with the context 
parameters passed.

The use case is to set the maximum concurrent jobs that can be run by the 
quartz scheduler instance. I used the same value as the one given to default 
instance.
