Patch Set 1: I think that the events/tasks queries should be aligned with the main tab query, and not refresh all queries when sth happens. i.e. if a user sets the refresh rate to 60sec, he wants the app to be less resource consuming (network/cpu), but in fact it entirely not, when other users are playing with the system.
