Patch Set 1: Code-Review-1 This covers the case where a new event relates to something the GUI is showing for instance if I am on the VM tab and someone else starts the VM, I will see an event in the event log, but because the VM grid refresh hasn't refreshed yet (for instance I have it on 60 seconds). The grid doesn't update. This code forces that update.
