Patch Set 1: I now did some more tests. 1. engine-setup doing an "empty" upgrade already enables other services without asking, including: ovirt-engine httpd nfs-server (if iso domain) so this change is incremental rather than radical. It adds websocket-proxy (if configured) and postgresql (if needed). 2. I verified that if /etc/ovirt-engine-setup.conf.d/20-setup-ovirt-post.conf is edited to have OVESETUP_CONFIG/websocketProxyConfig=bool:False then engine-setup (with this change) does not enable/start websocket-proxy.
