Ori - migration of a brick has a beginning and an end. And yes, user can stop 
migration before it's done. Though auto-commit can be an option, we need to 
provide a way for user to review state of the gluster volume after migrate, and 
choose whether to retain or commit removal of the brick - which is what we're 
trying to model with the commit action
