Patch Set 1: Verified the following: 1. Checked that it has no effect on non-hosted-engine VMs. 2. It fills the score (currently only 0 as VDSM doesn't report that). 3. The HA filter returns no hosts in case of hosted engine (as currently the score is 0) 4. The HA weight function returns weight of 1 for all hosts, in case of non-hosted-engine. 5.
