Sounds like a bug report would be in order. I've noticed similar problems, but 
only in some files. I've not kept notes in which files and circumstances, 
though I should have. I keep intending to check whether the problems occur on 
Windows and Linux as well as my Mac, but haven't got around to it.

I've also been seeing some strange problems related to styles. Marc Pare from 
Marketing and I were talking about this recently. No, I don't have the energy 
right now to summarise what's occurred.
