Great idea :)

James' stats views are a pre-cursor to my 2nd idea from above -
sending "reminder" emails to people so tickets don't languish as much,
with suggestions on what to do and how to get help... would need to be
targeted carefully so people don't get spammed, but I think it could
be helpful. Getting a "hasn't made the freeze, bumping to future
release" comment when you could have found a couple of hours to finish
docs & tests is a bummer...
