hi,
I'm new to directfb and I want to write an application that plays videos over
directfb and SDL (kernel 2.6.20, ubuntu feisty). I added "system=sdl" in
directfbrc but I don't think it works correctly, because when I run dfbinfo I
get the following:

so there are a lot of "X11", but I expected a little bit more of "SDL" ;). when
I change system=sdl to system=x11 I get the same output. The sdl-packages are
installed.
Furthermore there is only the layer 0 with the type GRAPHICS, but how do I get
a VIDEO layer? is this a problem with my graphics driver?
