I PM'd Mark with the following message, but got no reply: I posted a comment on Bugzilla as I believe there is a bug - my experience is that Tomcat is not behaving as described in the documentation that I referenced. If you know of further documentation that explains alternative behaviour, then a link would be appreciated as part of marking the bug as resolved.
