Correct. We have started moving down a path that includes compiz with a set of plug-ins that provides the desired windowing behavior. > Will it change the window modal (single window as Matchbox does) > and will hildon-desktop be abandoned ? The plan is to still enforce a single window behavior on MID devices. Compiz is incredibly extensible and makes it really easy to do this.
