Sure, I'll do that in a little bit, although looking at the compiler
support for C++11 with the classic compiler I don't think it will work
as-is at the moment.  Obviously I don't know what your codebase looks
like, but I would encourage you to upgrade if possible - there are a
number of new features / standard library classes that are in the new
standards that are very useful.

I also have a separate branch for the documentation updates, which
should be ready at this point.
