All the mentioned interfaces are the lowest common denominators to
some extent. Also, provisioning shall suffer from lack of interest
from involved (software vendor) parties, as it accounts for 0.00X% of
"planned usage" for tokens or devices and to date, provisioning has
been 80% vendor-lock-in business.

Nevertheless, I've been following the webpki thing with interest, I
believe it is going in the right direction :)
