As limited as it may be, CCK is what the Mozilla community has developed,
so far, for customizing Firefox browsers for redistribution within an
organization. Whatever its limitations, there is simply nothing else
extant today that can be recommended.

It is probably accurate to say that CCK is not being as actively maintained
by the Mozilla browser development community as the rest of the browser.
It is nonetheless what is available for the purpose, and others seem to be
using it now successfully to distribute their own trust anchors within
their organizations. See

Contributions to CCK development are welcome, I'm sure.
