Note that as of a week or so ago Bugzilla has a dropdown you can use to make it impossible to request review from you if you're in a situation where you really can't deal with them at all for a (shortish, hopefully) bit.
Load https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=settings and see the "Block needinfo requests" and "Block review and feedback requests" dropdowns.

There exist dashboards (intranet/VPN only) for things like review loads, both reviews-done-recently and pending-review-requests, as well as ages of review requests. Managers should be using them; if they're not we have a problem.
