I don't know why that page exists with such an authoritative-looking URL.
We should make the information on that page more authoritative.
Ehsan and Joshua: as the two people who've edited that page the most,
how reliable is the information currently on the page? Can we get
someone with sufficient knowledge of our compiler requirements to verify
it and remove the warning banner?
