It would be useful to have different names to distinguish between tests and implementation for the tests. I don't know whether that is an issue for mochitest but it is for reftest at least. Currently "reftest" is the implementation and "reftests" indicates tests. (This is the situation in the original directories, though this hasn't been followed consistently.) If we keep the "reftests" name then "mochitests" makes sense.
