workaround: move cursor to the very edge of corrupted window, and resizing the windows with dragging of this edge. When the whole area got refreshed. The issue is gone. NOTE cursor should be at the edge of corructpted area, not the normal window. The bug is ugly, but workaround is okay for feature use.
