I made a minor change to include every Debian architecture except for
i386 so that this change could perhaps be included in Debian.

I am unsubscribing ubuntu-sponsors because I uploaded this for you. Feel
free to resubscribe if you have anything else that needs to be
sponsored. Because we are in Beta Freeze and speech-dispatcher is
seeded, it will need to also be manually reviewed by a member of the
Ubuntu Release team before it will be allowed to build in plucky-
proposed.
