It's supposed to be in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ but you had "No upgrade
log present"

This bug report is really a question because the needed fixes were on
the user's computer not the code. But I'll just click the edit Icon next
to "New" to set it to "Invalid", which is how we close these. The
"Convert to a question" also sets this to Invalid anyway
