Public bug reported:

After upgrading gvfs from 1.54.4-0ubuntu1~24.04.1 to
1.54.4-0ubuntu1~24.04.2 on 2026-03-24, my NTFS-formatted external USB
hard drive (Toshiba External USB 3.0, idVendor=0480, idProduct=a009) no
longer mounts via Nautilus.

Error message:
Error mounting /dev/sda1: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on
/dev/sda1, missing codepage or helper program, or other error

udisks2 log shows:
Error sending ATA command IDENTIFY DEVICE to '/dev/sda': Unexpected sense
data returned

The filesystem is healthy — ntfsfix completes successfully and manual
mounting via `sudo mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/backup` works without issues.
The problem is isolated to the udisks2/gvfs stack. A second external USB
drive (WD) mounts normally.
