Public bug reported:

OS: Ubuntu Unity 26.04 Beta release candidate

Steps to reproduce:

1. Boot the ISO and let the desktop load.
2. Open the Dash.
3. Search for and launch "Help".

Expected result: Yelp opens.

Actual result: Apport windows appear because Yelp crashed.

Additional info: dmesg indicates that this is occurring because Yelp
uses bwrap under the hood, which can't create an unprivileged user
namespace due to Ubuntu's AppArmor restrictions. Adding a new AppArmor
profile copied from the existing signal-desktop profile, then restarting
apparmor.service, seems to fix the issue (though I do have to modify the
apparmor.service file to allow me to restart it on the live ISO).

** Affects: yelp (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
