Yes. And I'm obviously using my packages. It's true, the ones in the repository are a bit out of date. I'm slowly porting things over to the development tree, and running a mixed environment currently. I only use very few applets, and these are mostly updated to GTK2, but the filer I'm running is still 1.2 so the applets on my own system are still compiled against GTK1.2 - a complicated situation. [1] Besides, I've run into a number of bugs which may be my own, Rox', or (as I currently suspect) GTK2's. I'll also must clear these out first. The rox-session I use is seriously affected by this among other things (I'm reproducibly capable of bringing down the X server >:-) Regards, Filip [1] For some reason you can't plug a GTK2 app into a GTK1.2 socket, even though that interface hasn't significantly changed. I assume the parent and child must be able to talk to each other through internal libgtk structures which will fail if they use different library versions. -- I have not lost my mind, its backed up on tape somewhere
