I put a copy of the source .deb at http://turok.clustermonkey.org/~laz/screen It's debconfified, it uses dpkg-statoverride for changing the perms on the binary and the directory. Also, the utmp group is in policy as being there, so there is no need to test for it. There may be a need to depend on a dpkg > a certain version (as dpkg-statoverride is a relatively new thing). I also changed the install to use more of the ./configure flags to configure it vs. hacking on the source. I started looking through the bugs a while back, the following are fixed: 49309, 55082, 60880, 74911 and bugs 45026, 45325 are old and should probably be closed. Let me know if you have any questions as to why I changed the things I did. I'm on irc.openprojects.net as laz most times. I'm glad the screen package is being maintained once again :) -- Adam Lazur, Cluster Monkey 5FE0 559F 37E9 B8BB 8354 B5BF B70C 7A33 F7E9 0FF1
