It's hard for me to believe that your inbox provider's app (web or
mobile) does not have a "reply all" feature. I would consider that below
the minimum viable product for such a thing. You've told me off-list
that you're using a screen reader so I appreciate it may not be easily
discoverable, but I just can't imagine it not being there somewhere.
It's been a while that I have my mail.com account but I have IMAP and
SMTP protocols in Thunderbird.
That's one way to avoid those pesky web interfaces!
