I use this and I'm very glad they offer it and it still works.
Unfortunately some apps deliberately turn off browser-controlled
scrollbars and implement their own (Slack for instance). But that seems
quite rare.

I don't set this, and it would seem the default (at least for me) is
very close to what 20 gets you.

I think this only applies to Microsoft Windows.
