Hello, I'm using simple-scan on my T590 with Trixie. Desktop is XFCE.
It works quite ok. Even if the Gnome look and feel is not my favorite. But another point is really annoying. With my scanner I must make double sided scans in a serial manner. First the frontpages and second the backpages. After this I use the feature of re-ordering the pages. It also works, but in the popup menu the icons are missing. Former in debian 12 it was ok in the same setting. I think I miss a dependency which is included in gnome but not in xfce. Tried also the flatpak version. But this has other "bugs" which I cannot life with. Maybe somebody can give me a hint. How to solve this issue. Thank you in abvance Best regards Christian Lorenz mailto:[email protected]
