You'd think with that being the case there would be a solution to the access problem within a day or two, instead of inaccessibility lasting close to a week already, which is probably when it began making my attempts to help OPs, or even find OPs, seriously difficult. I would also think there would be a forums.debian.org, and a lot more normal traffic on the currently useless site.
