In other words, what you're trying to do is change your diet to reduce the chances having another heart attack? You've been to see nutritionists that have given you .. what I'm guessing is "in the weeds" answers with more details than you want instead of something like meal plans that would be easier to follow. If that's the case, I think the US Dept of Agriculture is the wrong place to look for "heart healthy" anything. The National Institute of Health (NIH) would be a much better place to look. My first try, searching on "nih heart healthy meal plan" looks good. The first result was https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/resources/heart-healthy-eating-plan-fact-sheet which has a link to https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/resources/week-dash-eating-plan "Following DASH means you’ll be eating delicious food that’s also good for you. Not sure where to start? These DASH menus have seven days of healthy, nutritious breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas. Menus are based on eating 2,000 calories a day; remember to increase or decrease serving sizes for other calorie levels. " which links to a PDF: https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/sites/default/files/publications/WeekOnDASH.pdf Does that sound like what you're looking for? Regards Lee
