There is now a page under Keyboard -> Input Devices -> Advanced -> Alt and Win behavior where one can set "Alt and Meta are on Alt." But I can't find the old page where shortcuts could be set and edited. There's a "Shortcuts" page but it's a list of shortcuts to launch applications, not for things like "switch to desktop 6." There are some things under Shortcuts -> Plasma. Maybe I just haven't dug far enough into the entirely new system settings arrangement that's entirely different in Plasma 5 from what it was in earlier versions.
