Hi.. Try holding your ALT key down while running your mouse wheel back and forth. If you don't use a mouse, still try scrolling up and down with whatever you use as an alternative. If that doesn't work, try whatever other keys your keyboard has sitting near that ALT key. Try both ALT keys, too, because I think I've seen Users type about having each one programmed slightly different. SOMETHING like that, who knows, maybe it wasn't ALT keys, grin. Last thought on it is, if it looks like it's almost working but is maybe a little confusing or something, try getting to a desktop with all the program windows minimized out of the way. It did work for me with a bunch of windows open just now. For what it's worth, this is or at least used to be a HARD tip to find out on the Internet. I've been trapped in that mode for maybe a half day while trying to find the fix in the past. Hope this helps.
