I would reply to say that writing in blue makes you depressed and that your doctor has advised against it. A silly reply but it makes just as much sense as his edict. I read/write email using mutt in a mate terminal. It is black & white. If I ssh in from my laptop it is yellow & black (I cannot remember why I set it up like that).
