OP also sent the same request to Debian Developers.
Whilst there was thanks for interest and support for Debian, the
consensus is moving towards 'it's unlikely to happen'. Largely because
of time and effort required by already stretched volunteers.
There seems to be more support for extending the reach of -backports to
fulfil OP's goal, but again, time and volunteers......
