I had the same problem, installing the Nvidia drivers with the "--force-tls=classic" option did work, e.g.:
#sh ./NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-4349.run --force-tls=classic -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
