Hi Steve,

Just to make it complete.
I've investigated the cause of that problem on that specific .NET compiler machine, 
and discovered that
users were building exe with "Debug Multithreaded"  "instead of Debug Multithreaded 
DLL" which caused 2 instances
of errno to exists.
