I downloaded it and extracted the 276.1KB file templates. I browsed
it and recognized the questions asked during a manual install.
I've seen no reference to using it from preseed.cfg.
From B.3. Creating a preconfiguration file (third bullet):
[...] to preseed variables used in the installed system, the name of the
package that contains the corresponding debconf template should be used.
Yes, it's not obvious, and you have to know the name of the d-i package,
but it's there... somewhat ;)
