I'm already working on a slightly different tack. I've copied all the deb files to a 64GB USB stick. See my thread "Implementing a personalized repository" http://lists.debian.org/50ddcdd3.3010...@cloud85.net . I haven't gotten it working yet - operator errors ;/ Making the install DVD's available was a fallback.
