beauty of cron-apt, that it downloads everything for you at a convenient

What's the difference between cron-apt and creating a root cron job
to do:
0 3 * * * apt-get update && apt-get -y -d upgrade

Is "common sense" really valid?
For example, it is "common sense" to white-power racists that
whites are superior to blacks, and that those with brown skins
are mud people.
However, that "common sense" is obviously wrong.
