I don't have it :-) Yesterday, I got the announcement of Sarge from a distributor here in Germany that Sarge will come soon, whatever "soon" in this context may stand for. "Stable" has a variety of meanings. In Debian, it's essentially "unchanging." Doesn't actually mean it works, and some ofits component parts simply do no.
selinux is such a part.
As for downloading Sarge via a modem: I maintain three Sarge systems via a modem. One of the three is a desktop system, the others servers.

Yeah. You need the work HP has done in the past four years.
