I tried with qtconfig and could not reproduce the bug with any version of the Qt libraries. Then I failed to reproduce the bug with kcachegrind either. So then I reinstalled virtualbox-ose-qt and discovered that it displays correctly ... *until* I start up my virtual machine (which has Windows XP inside). At that point the window for the virtual machine itself shows the bug, but the virtualbox control panel window does not. But if I then quit out of virtualbox, every window drawn by a Qt app (tried both kcachegrind and qtconfig) started after that point shows the bug until I restart the X server. After that, everything is back to normal. Unfortunately I can't try this version of virtualbox against the older Qt. zw -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-qt-kde-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
