I've a simple position on this. Remove this script. Now. Anything calling this is buggy per definition and should be fixed to not call it. The earlier the better. It's just seriously bad that this script survived the squeze release cycle though nothing ever which should call it in squeeze except for OOo 2.4 compat things which is bad (that then should be readded for backports, simple.)
