About to upload a fixed package. The difference with the above is that 
is dictionaries-comon.postinst who now cares about dictionary.lst 
removal and `update-openoffice-dicts' is made just a no-op. 

I think I will make it soon a noisy no-op, but for now is quiet.

I've done my usual install/upgrade testings in real life and in a chroot,
and everything seems to work as expected.
