Can you confirm this a correct version scheme?

For bookworm this gives:
  16.02+dfsg-8                     (current version)
< 16.02+really25.01+dfsg-0+deb12u1 (proposal)
< 16.02+transitional.1             (trixie)

I sent a first OSPU for the 7zip (not p7zip) upgrade on Match 6th, but no news so far, hopefully this will be reviewed/accepted early enough for testing:
