You asked everyone to please use a specific tool.

For those in Debian not using that tool, it *is* jumping through hoops.
Insisting that it is not is dismissing other peoples' workflow by
assuming that Salsa MRs is the One True Way.

MRs are opt-out (not opt-in), which means you cannot know if ignored MRs
is an indication of reckless maintainers or simply unused tooling.
