My guess was that the apache2 package is beyond receiving help. The people maintaining it are able to react to urgent tasks (e.g. CVEs) and to move to new upstream releases and that is all they have time for. This is a bad state (that quite some open source projects have reached). We should have a word for that, may be uncontributable does fit. Sincerely, Joachim
