For example in https://salsa.debian.org/deeplearning-team/tensorflow/-/merge_requests/1 somebody contributed with packaging for binary package 'libtensorflowlite'. Reviewing and re-reviewing such work in a MR is surely much easier than via bugs.debian.org. And there are cli tools like salsa'[1] and glab[2] that can help you do some of the workflow without a browser if you don't like web Uis.
