Yep, my experience was:

 A. If I install libc6 2.11 and icedove, run icedove, and then install
    libc6 2.13, no problems.

 B. On the other hand, if libc6 2.13 is already installed and icedove
is not, then installing and running icedove gives

 /usr/lib/icedove/icedove-bin: symbol lookup error:
/usr/lib/icedove/components/libdbusservice.so: undefined symbol: NS_Alloc

Could you uninstall and reinstall icedove and check?

Thanks,
Jonathan
